The Cutest Indie Shop EVER!!!

I just came across the most adorable online shop – with the exception of maybe a Hello Kitty car, they have everything a hipster could want (or anyone looking for unique styles) – clothes, purses, artwork, jewelry, office supplies, and more: Shana Logic.

Here are the items I’m eyeing:

I love owls! (They have all of my favorite wildlife as a matter of fact).

I’m not even sure what this is for but it would sure look cute on my desk…

And sooooo much more – time to save my pennies!

Now if only Shana would add a wish list feature…

They also have the ability to make pieces on an as-ordered basis which means low overhead and fewer startup expenses.

T-shirts are the perfect clothing. They are soft and comfortable, versatle and cool. They can be layered or shredded, worn for years, and when you’re done with them, they can be turned in to the world’s best rags.

But, what makes a T-shirt even better is if it has a cool design that makes people stare at you against their will.

That’s why I am in love with Threadless Tees.

This site allows independent artists to design and sell shirts to a wide audience. The artists’ styles run the gambit from classic to ultra-modern, and more often than not have an element of humor and whimsy to their designs. There are hundreds of styles that you won’t find anywhere else online.

Etsy is a great place to find clothes, accessories, stuff for your house and gifts. If you haven’t been there, I highly recommend that you visit and check out some of their categories.

This is a wonderful forum for independent artists and crafters to share their gifts with the world.

Check out the items by 2ReVert. Awesome jewelery made out of recycled skateboards!

That’s the cool thing about Etsy. Not only are you supporting independent artists, but you are going to find things you can’t find at Wal-Mart. Plus a lot of the products are made with organics, recyclables, and other eco-friendly materials.

T’s at Circles & Squares

Looking for a cute and unique T-shirt to wear when you’re not sporting your favorite band shirt?

I just bought a few shirts (including the one pictured here) from Circles & Squares - they don’t have the largest selection of shirts – but they do have some really cool ones to choose from.

And they seem like they’re just a small enough business that you most likely don’t have to worry about seeing clones of yourself wearing the same thing.

And by the way, if you have a little one (like I do), they’ve got an even wider selection of hip and adorable clothes for kids.
